MAYORAL TRAINING PROGRAM 2025

Mayoral Training Program is held in the beautiful venue of BGI Academy in Denmark.
This space offers the opportunity for students to eat, sleep, train, relax and play all in the same place.
I have personally taught at this venue twice, and it is truly one of the best in the world.
We are also working closely with BGI to ensure that we can offer the best price possible for the students.
We are offering an all inclusive package. Your payment will include ALL the classes and activities, 3 meals a day and accommodation (shared or individual, you choose!).
All you have to do is get there and we’ll take care of the rest.
EVENT INFORMATION
DATES: 26 July - 5 August 2024
VENUE: BGI Academy, Denmark
Students will arrive on the 26th of July, ready to start on the 27th. We will have 4 days of classes and then we will have a 1-day ‘rest’ where students will experience a 1 hour spa session, followed by a Q&A with the teachers and ending the rest day with movie night. We will then complete the last 4 days of training. Students will leave on the 5th of August
There will also be a Showcase on the 3rd of August where students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their talents.
2024 RECAP
ACCOMMODATION TYPES
Students can choose to sleep in a room of 4, a room of 2, or a solo room.
Students can choose whether they want to share with friends, or opt-in to be open to sharing with other fellow students of the camp.
Students will have the option to choose which gender they’d like to share with.
Each ‘house’ has 6 rooms, each house has 4 toilets and 4 showers that are divided by cubicles. The shower and toilet rooms are shared between rooms, but the cubicles are completely private. Students can discuss between their house if they wish to occupy the shower room entirely for further privacy.
FOOD
We’ll provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner during your stay with us, as well as fruit and snacks in between classes.
We’ll have ‘Regular’ dietary options as well as Vegetarian/Vegan and Gluten Free options.
SPA & SAUNA
Students will have a spa session on rest day. We have outdoor jacuzzi’s, cold plunge and a sauna.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Students can fly into either Billund Airport or Aarhus Airport.
Coach Service from Billund Airport
We will provide a coach service from Billund Airport on July 26th at 6:00 PM. If you plan to use this service, please ensure your flight arrives at Billund by 5:00 PM at the latest.
At the end of the camp, we will offer a return coach service to Billund Airport on August 5th at 11:00 AM. If you wish to take this service, please book your departing flight for 2:00 PM or later.
Other Transport Options
If you prefer to arrange your own transport, here are the approximate travel times:
From Billund Airport: ~1 hour 20 minutes by public transport or ~40 minutes by taxi.
From Aarhus Airport: ~2 hours 48 minutes by public transport.
🚕 Important note on taxis: The camp is in a remote area, and taxis are very expensive—around €100 one way. To save costs, we recommend ride-sharing with other students. If you need a taxi, we can help connect you with others via our WhatsApp group.
PRICE BREAKDOWN
All prices include accommodation, ALL meals + snacks, 32 classes & all activities. Meaning.. if you get yourself to our venue, we’ll take care of the rest!

This event will be 10 days of intense physical activity and anyone participating understands this and feels ready and fit to partake.
No under 16’s are allowed at this event.
